CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations are permitted up to 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Late cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total, including applicable NYC city and state taxes, and may result in refusal of future bookings.

LATE POLICY

I offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you anticipate being late, you must text the studio prior to your appointment time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late without notice may result in a canceled appointment or modifications to the service, including limited nail art or design options.

PAYMENT POLICY

Deposits are not required for returning clients; however, all clients must keep a card on file. The card on file will be used to process payment for services unless another method is agreed upon in advance. We accept Zelle, Cash, and Credit Card as alternative payment options.

Please note: Bartering and payment plans are not available.
